Quorum

I held a meeting yesterday, with a quorum of 3 officers. I, Elizzabeth, and Memory. The first meeting for officers, since I formed the group this year. I was waiting for BJ to log in world,  but she never made it. The meeting has held on the second floor. Elizzabeth my pet slave, donated chairs, and placed them around the pentagon.

The meeting discussed two thing that guided us. The "free will and consent" decree of Angles Demons, and "group charter" of Hell's Angels. We covered topics with those two principles as the center core. With this first meeting for the group's best interest, the following items was covered;

Membership - All officers will be responsible to recruit new family members, with demon avatars as the preferred choice for the group, by invitation only. Other avatars seeking to join the group, .they contact the officer(s) on duty. A member needs to commit eight hours a week in world.

Expulsion - A family member will be expelled from Hell's Angels rooster list, for not being active within two months. If they are an Immortal, their SL soul is retained by the individual who converted then, and his/her name will remain listed in the family. Expelled family member may return, but forfeit the rank of an officer in Hell's Angels, if he/she has held one previously.

Officers - Whip Master is the title of an officer in the group, selected by me from the general family pool. and limited to ten. They speak and communicate well in English. Living in other parts of the world, for twenty four hour coverage. And they select an alternative for themselves, if they are unable to attend a meeting. Exception for Domina title, she does not need an alternative for herself.

I want an officer to be in world, should there be "issues or concerns" that needs to be  addressed at that moment. If it can't be resolved, it needs to be brought as an agenda item to the next meeting.

Officer's Primary Duty is recruitment and retention, and to quickly resolve issues. We have a zero tolerance for drama in the group. And a secondary duty that rotates between officers for the month;

Event Planner - To select a location and set the date and time, once a week for the family's gathering. BDSM and sex club, parties, live concert, and any event that the group may have an interests.

Host(s) - To sent out the notice of the date and time, after the location has been selected by the Event Planner. He/She be at the location to greet other family members, and remind everyone in group chat of the events for that day. One in the afternoon, and the other in the evening.

Draftor - To find willing members from the family pool, to assist in any event as needed, and always be ready when summoned. Assignment is as long as the avatar is willing to commit to that position.

Builder - Any officer with talent to create and build, in improving the look of the family dwelling structure. And other items that are necessary for the general use of the family.

Ambassador -To provide good will and open line of communication between other family clan groups. And resolve peaceful means to avoid conflict and drama between clan families. By appointment or recommendation. It need not be an officer in the group.

Blog and Note card - I will create a separate blog for officers to communicate, and review minutes from past meetings. And Memory favors a Note card to pass on information while in world. We will try both to see, which is better. Other secondary positions will be created or omitted as needed.

I set the meeting for twice a month, on the first and third weeks of each month. November with one, and December with none at all, until next year.
